NOPD officers have arrested Devin Lafrance (DOB: 12/05/1994) after he was accused of committing an auto burglary in the Eighth District.

On June 16, 2019 around 7 a.m., an auto burglary occurred in the 300 block of Bourbon Street. The victim reportedly observed Lafrance burglarizing the vehicle.

The victim managed to detain the subject until officers arrived. The subject was arrested and transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center where he was booked accordingly.
