The NOPD is requesting assistance in identifying and locating an individual believed to be responsible for a burglary in the 1900 block of Delachaise Street on June 3, 2017.
The victim told police that he awoke at about 6:15 a.m. and left his residence, to find the interior of his vehicle had been ransacked. After watching surveillance video, the victim saw an unknown male dragging two lawnmowers from the victim’s backyard and fled the scene. Surveillance showed the subject return twice shortly thereafter, burglarizing the victim’s rear shed and taking two bicycles as well as burglarizing the victim’s vehicle.
