One of the two suspects who fled into the apartment complex was apprehended after jumping from the second floor onto the ground level. He was identified Richard Martin (DOB: 3-1-1996) of Harvey. Martin was in possession of a silver 9mm handgun.
Harvey was charged with prohibited acts—schedule I drugs, resisting an officer, flight from an officer, and battery of a police officer.
