The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating two persons wanted in connection with a fraud investigation.
On July 25, 2023 at about 2:00 a.m. the victim reported that he met the pictured unidentified women on Bourbon Street. The group relocated to the 200 block of North Rampart. There, the victim says the women stole his cell phone and fled.
The suspects used the phone to make multiple fraudulent charges on various internet applications totaling approximately $16,000.
