The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted in connection the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the Third District.
Investigators are looking for Glenn R. Smith (pictured, black male DOB: 04-27-1971) in an incident reported on April 21, 2023, in the 3800 block of Franklin Avenue.
Smith is wanted for alleged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and illegal possession of stolen things.
