The NOPD is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted in connection with the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle investigation in the Third District.
On December 28, 2022 investigators say Alvin Brown (pictured, black male, 5'8", 150lbs, DOB: 04-13-1957) was alleged to have used a motor vehicle without authorization.
The incident happened in the 2300 block of Pleasure Street around 4:36 p.m.
Brown is being sought on charges of possession of stolen things as well as the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
