The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating the pictured suspect in the investigation of an auto theft that occurred on July 19, 2022, in the 4300 block of Louisa Street.
At about 12:03 a.m., the victims had parked their white 2010 Ford F-150 bearing Texas license plate KWB7821 at the location, leaving the vehicle running to enter the business. When they returned, they discovered their vehicle missing, along with three dogs that were reported to be inside the vehicle.
