NOPD Arrests Suspect in Third District Shooting Incident

On July 25, 2022, the NOPD arrested Brandon Webb (black male, DOB; 08-25-1993) in the investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting incident that occurred that day in the 4500 block of Allen Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives determined that at about 1:04 p.m., the victim was outside of a residence in the block when the suspect, later positively identified as Webb, exited the residence and fired a gun at the victim, striking the victim multiple times. The victim was transported via EMS to a local hospital. Webb was arrested on scene and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center on one count of aggravated second-degree battery.
