Person of Interest Sought for Questioning in NOPD Homicide Investigation

The NOPD is seeking to locate and interview a subject identified as a person of interest in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on June 15, 2021 in the 3600 block of North Miro Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Brandon Raines (pictured, black male, DOB: 03-12-1992) as a person of interest. Raines is not currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to question him.
