On July 22, 2021, the NOPD’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad and the U.S. Marshals arrested Joshua M. Blancher (pictured, white male, DOB; 08-30-1983) in the investigation of a homicide on July 11, 2021 in the 1800 block of Saint Anthony Street.
