NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the pictured unknown female subject wanted for multiple counts of fraud in the First District.
The pictured subject was captured on security video committing one of several fraud offenses. She is believed to be driving the pictured dark red Volvo SUV.
