The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify multiple suspects in the investigation of a business burglary that occurred on July 11, 2020 in the 6000 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
At about 4:25 a.m., the three pictured suspects were observed on surveillance camera burglarizing a business at the location. The subjects reportedly took two televisions, a drain snake and two mountain bikes from the business before fleeing on foot westbound.

The white male suspect has been positively identified as Cy Schwander (pictured, DOB: 01-14-1987). A warrant has been obtained for Schwander’s arrest. The two black male suspects remain unidentified.
