The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on June 28, 2020 in the 4600 block of Canal Street.
At about 11:42 a.m., the pictured subject was seen on video surveillance stealing a package of office supplies from a business at the location.
