NOPD Seeking Suspect in Third District Vehicle Burglary

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect seen on video surveillance in the investigation of a vehicle burglary on July 10, 2020 in the 4000 block of Old Gentilly Road.

At about 11:00 a.m., the victim parked but did not secure his vehicle in his driveway. When the victim returned to the vehicle at 12:15 p.m., he found the interior to have been ransacked. An unknown brand television was reported stolen from the rear seat, along with a pair of men’s black boots.

A review of video surveillance in the area showed the pictured unknown male burglarize the victim’s vehicle at about 11:54 a.m., taking the listed items and fleeing eastbound on foot.
