The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a subject identified as a person of interest to obtain a DNA buccal swab in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred in July 2013.
Ricky Miller (pictured, DOB: 08-20-1974) is not a suspect in this investigation and is not wanted on any criminal charges regarding this investigation. However, NOPD Homicide Unit cold case detectives wish to interview him and obtain a DNA swab sample as part of their investigation.
