New Orleans – The New Orleans Police Department is looking for an unknown male who approached a victim at the corner of Royal Street and Saint Philip Street on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at about 4:58PM and took the victims cell phone. The suspect fled in a vehicle with dark tinted windows. The vehicle is missing hubcaps on the front driver and passenger wheels.
