New Orleans – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a simple burglary incident that occurred on June 26, 2020.
At around 5:30 p.m., the victim secured her burgundy 2017 Toyota Highlander in the driveway located in the 4900 block of Desire Drive. The following morning the victim discovered her car window smashed and the interior ransacked. The vehicle’s registration was stolen along with several music CDs. At around 2:25 a.m., surveillance video captured the pictured light-colored SUV arrive at the home. The driver exited the vehicle and ran to the driveway. Afterward, the SUV fled the scene.
