NOPD officers are searching for Lawrence Miller (07/21/1992), who is wanted in connection with a theft by fraud incident that occurred in the 7000 block of Bundy Road.
On May 6, 2019 around 8 a.m., the victim learned that his bank account was utilized without his permission. Two transactions were reportedly made, however, the victim was still in possession of his credit card.
Through the course of the investigation, Miller was developed as the subject who was found to have used the victim’s credit card information to make payments for a cellphone bill.
