The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in a theft incident reported in the 3100 block of Elysian Fields Avenue on July 29, 2019.
At about 9:00 p.m., the pictured subject was seen on video surveillance stealing the victim’s rose gold iPhone XS Max from the counter of the location.
