The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in identifying and locating a subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred in the 900 block of Union Street on June 10, 2019.
At about 2:42 a.m., the pictured unknown black male subject was seen entering the location and removing a pressure washer, before fleeing the location with the item.
