The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a simple burglary in the 3300 block of Memorial Park Drive on July 18, 2019.
At approximately 11:50 p.m., the pictured unknown subject allegedly removed a lower window panel and gained accesses to an unoccupied apartment. The subject then reportedly stole various tools, as well as the window panel, and placed them inside an orange shopping cart. The subject then reportedly fled on foot in an unknown direction.
