The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject seen in possession of a reported stolen vehicle.
On July 2, 2019, at about 1:20 p.m., a maroon Dodge Charger bearing Louisiana license plate N53171 was reported stolen from the 3500 block of Clematis Street, after the reporting person left the car unlocked and the engine running.
On July 23, the reported stolen vehicle was captured on video at the Mardi Gras Truck Stop on Elysian Fields Avenue.
Surveillance video can be viewed above of the subject and reported stolen vehicle.
