The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of an auto burglary which occurred in the 1500 block of North Dorgenois Street on May 31, 2019.
At about 1:20 p.m., the pictured subject was observed via surveillance footage entering the victim’s unlocked vehicle. Upon further inspection, the victim observed he was missing an unknown amount of loose change.
