The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred on July 13, 2019 in the 1500 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.
At about 12:38 p.m., the pictured subject reportedly stole cash and other property from the victim’s handbag.
