The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of an unauthorized use of a moveable in the 3000 block of Amazon Street on July 2, 2019.
At about 12:38 p.m., the pictured subject was observed on video surveillance cameras removing a green 2001 Mazda B3000 pick-up truck (LA L/P X623960) without permission from the 3000 block of Amazon Street. The subject is known to the victim only as “Benson,” but may also go by “Victor.”
