NOPD Searches For Persons of Interest In Homicide On St. Louis Street

The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Terrence Pipkins (pictured above, at left, DOB: 08-26-1996) and a second unknown subject (pictured above, at right), who may have critical information about a homicide that occurred June 30, 2019, in the 900 block of Saint Louis Street.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated battery by shooting and upon their arrival, found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported by EMS to an area hospital, where he later died.

The individuals are not suspects and detectives want to interview them because they may have critical information about the incident.
