The NOPD is seeking assistance with locating and identifying the pictured subject in the investigation of a vehicle burglary that occurred on June 29, 2019 in the 2900 block of Ursuline Avenue.
The subject is a black male with tattoos on his chest, right side ribs and right shoulder.
The vehicle reported stolen in this incident was recovered.
