Suspect Sought in Business Burglary on S. Claiborne Avenue

NOPD officers are searching for Brandon Isbell (DOB: 09/26/1982) after his alleged involvement in a business burglary that occurred in the Sixth District.

At or around 5:20 a.m. on July 28, 2018, Sixth District officers responded to a call of a business burglary in the 2100 block of South Claiborne Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the glass panel to the front door of the business was smashed and multiple items were lying on the ground in the entry way of the business.

Officers reviewed surveillance video from the business and observed two unknown subjects enter the business through the broken glass panel, which was previously damaged by another subject who had burglarized the business earlier that same day.

The subjects reportedly stole multiple items before fleeing the scene.

During the course of the investigation, Isbell was positively identified as one of the perpetrators in this incident.

Anyone with any information regarding Brandon Isbell’s whereabouts is asked to contact Sixth District detectives at 504-658-6060. Citizens with information that can help solve crimes are asked to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
