The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in a theft incident that occurred on June 22, 2018 in the 900 block of St. Louis Street.
At about noon, the pictured unknown black male subject entered the location and removed the victim’s purse from the front desk. The unknown male subject then fled the location in an unknown direction.
