The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft that occurred on June 21, 2018 in the 200 block of Royal Street.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., the pictured unknown black male subject entered the location and removed a JVC camera and Fujinon camera lens. The subject then fled the location in an unknown direction.
