The NOPD is seeking information to aid in the location and identification of two subjects believed responsible for a theft on July 16, 2017 in the 500 block of Royal Street.
In the reported incident, the above pictured subject seen wearing the blue shirt and distressed jeans allegedly stole the victim’s laptop bag. The pictured subject pictured with the white t-shirt and jeans reportedly acted as a lookout in the incident.
