Suspect Wanted in Auto Burglary on Burgundy Street

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a suspect believed responsible for an auto burglary that occurred on July 16, 2017 in the 1000 block of Burgundy Street.

The victim told police that she had locked and secured her vehicle in the area at about 1 p.m. on July 15. When the victim returned to the vehicle on July 16 at about 8:15 a.m., she observed the front passenger side door open and that a briefcase she had left inside of her vehicle was missing.

The pictured subject was seen in possession of the victim’s stolen credit card, which was used at a nearby Walgreens approximately 40 minutes after the burglary occurred.
