Fourth District detectives would like to speak with Joseph Starks III (DOB: 06/09/1976) as a person of interest in connection with the illegal use of a weapon on July 18, 2017.
At approximately 4:08 p.m. Starks III may have valuable information after a gun battle damaged property in the 6600 block of Maumus Avenue. Starks III is not wanted in connection with the incident. However, detectives feel he has valuable information regarding the investigation.
