NOPD Seventh District officers are seeking assistance in locating and identifying an unknown male subject after he was seen looking into vehicles.
At approximately 2:21 a.m. this morning (July 21, 2017), the pictured subject was viewed on surveillance video with at least one other subject looking into vehicles in the 6800 block of Redwood Street.
