NOPD Seeks Suspects for Incidents on Tulane Campus

NOPD's Second District  is assisting the Tulane University Police Department in attempting to locate two suspects.

The first suspect, identified as Kevin Brooks (DOB: 6-7-1961), is a suspect in recent burglaries that have taken place on the Tulane campus. He is wanted in connection with three recent residential burglaries. Brooks is described as a black male.

The Tulane University Police Department is also looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft. The suspect in the second photo located below was observed entering the Howard Tilton Memorial Library on the Tulane University Uptown Campus. Within several minutes of entering the library the subject was observed entering a cubicle that  contained the victim’s property. He then exited  the library and headed west on Freret Street.  The suspect is described as being a white male.

If you have information about either of these two incidents or the whereabouts of the suspects please contact Detective David Harris at (504) 314-2391, dajh@tulane.edu, or the Tulane University Police Department at (504) 865-5381.
