The NOPD is searching for Devin Weaver (DOB:03/30/97) for burglarizing the US Agencies Insurance business and for possessing a stolen firearm that was taken during vehicle burglary.
On December 25, 2016 at around 4:53 a.m., officers responded to a business burglary at the US Agencies business in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue. While on scene, officers discovered the front side entrance door unlocked and partially ajar. Officers also observed a stolen firearm on scene and large sections of the ceiling had been removed.
Throughout the course of the investigation, officers learned the gun on scene was reported stolen during a vehicle burglary that occurred on December 12, 2016.
