The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect in an auto theft that occurred on December 29, 2016 in the 5100 block of Marigny Street.
At about 1:18 a.m., the individual pictured was captured on surveillance video using a key to gain entry into and steal a Mazda automobile in the area
