NOPD identifies Suspect in Theft on Franklin Avenue

NOPD identifies Suspect in Theft on Franklin Avenue

The NOPD is looking for Quentin Brooks (DOB: 6-2-1993) in connection to a theft.

 

On December 26, 2016, at approximately 12:20 p.m., an unknown black male arrived at a residence in the 2800 block of Franklin and attempted to remove tires from a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle confronted the suspect and the unknown male fled the scene in a green Toyota Camry.

 

Through further investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Quentin Brooks and a warrant was issued for theft from the exterior of a motor vehicle and attempted theft of additional parts of the motor vehicle.
