The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult.
Rachelle Martin (DOB: 1/2/1978), was last seen on Monday, January 2, 2017, at about 11:00 p.m., in the 3100 block of Rue Parc Fontaine.
Her mother said that Martin was not at their residence when she returned home from work the following day and the door was unlocked. She has not been seen or heard from since.
