Missing Man Reported from Independence Street

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

 

Mark Bakotic II was reportedly last seen on December 30, 2016, at approximately 11 p.m. at the Republic Night Club in the 800 block of South Peters Street. Several of Bakotic’s friends stated he had taken a narcotic called 2CE before he wandered off from the club.

 

Bakotic (DOB: 1/16/1995) is described as being 6’4” tall, weighs 185 pounds and has short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve button-down shirt and blue jeans.

 

Bakotic’s credit cards have been used at several locations including at the Magnolia Discount Supermarket on North Claiborne Avenue on December 31, 2016 at approximately 2:48 a.m. The females left  the store in a black Acura.
