The victim reported that she last observed her bicycle at approximately 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2017, parked in the 100 block of Constitution Street. When she returned to the site on January 9, 2017 at 6:15 a.m., the bicycle was missing.
The bicycle is described as a yellow, Giant brand bike with the serial number K64024796. A photo of a similar bicycle is included.
