The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a bicycle reported as stolen from the 4200 block of St. Bernard Avenue on January 16, 2017.
At about 10 p.m., the pictured bicycle was reported stolen from the location. The bicycle is described as a black and orange GT Timberline mountain bicycle.
