New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for theft by access device fraud.
According to investigators, around 10:45 a.m. on January 10, 2026 in the 600 block of Iberville Street the victim's cellphone and bank cards were stolen. Already arrested in this incident is Tempeste Austin, Black female, DOB 10/23/1986.
The pictured individual was associated with Tempeste Austin and is also wanted for this crime.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
