New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a person of interest in connection with an investigation into illegal dumping by gross littering:

Sought is Lindy Joseph Haskin II (lower picture), Black male, DOB 04/10/201977.
According to investigators, around 9:33 a.m. on December 30, 2025 the pictured 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck was used in an illegal dumping incident in the 14100 block of Michoud Boulevard. Lindy Joseph Haskin II is the registered owner of the vehicle at an address in Gretna, LA.
Note Lindy Joseph Haskin II is NOT currently wanted for this crime and is sought because of the information he is believed to possess.
