The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with an aggravated second-degree battery that occurred on January 23, 2023, in the Fourth District.
Around 11:45 p.m., the victim reported that the suspect arrived at his home in the 10 block of Westbank Expressway and when he opened the door, the suspect allegedly stabbed him.
Through investigation, the suspect was identified as Randy Holmes (pictured black male, DOB: 11-20-1974).
He is being sought for aggravated second-degree battery, and simple criminal damage to property.
