The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate those responsible for an aggravated battery by shooting incident on January 24, 2022 in the 3800 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.
At about 4:53 p.m., the pictured red newer model Honda Accord was seen arriving in the 3800 Block of Elysian Fields Avenue. While in traffic, the vehicle stopped. At that time, three unknown subjects emerged from the vehicle and began shooting at the victim’s vehicle as it passed through traffic. The victim was struck by gunfire. The suspects re-entered the vehicle and fled the scene.
