The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a subject in the investigation of a kidnapping that occurred on January 7, 2022 at the intersection of Norman C. Francis Parkway and Bienville Street.
The above circled subject was captured on surveillance during a kidnapping in which a vehicle was stolen with a child in the back seat. The child and stolen vehicle have since been recovered in good condition. However, detectives are seeking information regarding the pictured subject and the pictured white Toyota 4Runner in which the subject arrived at the scene.
