The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person of interest sought for questioning in the investigation of a homicide on January 19, 2021 in the 2700 block of Marigny Street.
Through investigation, detectives have developed Mark Conley (pictured, male, DOB: 02-24-2001) as a person of interest. Conley is not currently wanted in this investigation, but detectives feel he has knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
