The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a theft on December 26, 2019.
At about 4:00 p.m., the pictured unknown subject was captured on the victim’s doorbell camera stealing mail out of the victim’s mailbox in the 4600 block of Dryades Street.
