The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect believed to be responsible for the burglarizing of vehicles in the Second Districts on January 21, 2020.
At about 9:24a.m., the pictured suspect was reportedly observed burglarizing vehicles in a parking lot near the intersection of Willow Street at South Carrollton Avenue. The subject was seen riding on the pictured bicycle and breaking windows on numerous vehicles to gain entry.
